Even though I’m part-Irish, I’m not a Guinness fan, at least for drinking. (In my dad’s Irish Stew, however, it’s amazing!) What I am a huge fan of? A good Moscow Mule. (More proof in this post.) So this year I thought I’d try making a St. Patty’s Day inspired mule!
For the Limerick Mule, I chose all green ingredients, so though it’s a little hard to tell inside a copper mug, this drink is actually green! The key is to use Reed’s Ginger Brew because, well, it’s green! It’s also delicious, and made from 100% real ginger root and cane sugar. They are GMO free, preservative free, and caffeine free, so your beverage will be reasonably healthy (for a cocktail, anyway).
