With today being Cinco De Mayo, it’s all I can do not to rush out of work today and run for the nearest Mexican restaurant with a patio! There are few things better in life than a cold margarita on a warm spring day, amiright?
To prepare for today’s festivities, I threw together this easy margarita last night. (What? I needed to practice! #dontjudgeme) It only uses four ingredients, all of which I had already at home. Using a frozen berry blend is a good shortcut because you don’t have to buy a bunch of different kinds of berries separately (or cut them all up), and they keep the drink nice and cold!
