Ever since I was a kid, one of my favorite snacks has always been a TRISCUIT cracker topped with cheddar cheese. We used to have them for a snack all the time growing up! But in 2016, we’ve evolved way beyond a simple slice of cheese. Have y’all seen the awesome TRISCUIT topping flavor combinations out there? So much deliciousness inspired me to make my own combo, which is how the MangoRachIscuit was born.
I started by picking up one of the new Artisanal varieties: TRISCUIT Sriracha Crackers. You can find them at Walmart, right alongside my favorite TRISCUIT Original Crackers, TRISCUIT Reduced Fat Crackers, TRISCUIT Hint of Salt Crackers, TRISCUIT Cracked Pepper & Olive Crackers, TRISCUIT Mediterranean Olive Crackers and TRISCUIT Smoked Gouda Crackers! The I also grabbed some limes and mango from Walmart’s fresh produce department.
To make the MangoRachIscuit, you’ll need a mango, a lime, and some TRISCUIT Sriracha Crackers.
First, cut up the mango into 1/2″ pieces, and cut the lime in half.
Then, get your crackers out and ready for topping!
Top each cracker with 2-3 pieces of mango, and then squeeze the lime juice over them, being careful to avoid lime seeds.
Finally, enjoy! These would be great for a party appetizer, or just to snack on at home by yourself. They are the perfect spicy sweet blend of flavors!
