This morning I was Googling ice-breakers for the first week of school (I know, I know, there are so many things wrong with this sentence already), and I kept thinking ‘These are great questions! I want to take a crack at them myself!’
And so I did. You’re welcome.
A Random Q&A Session With Myself:
Q:What would you leave in your will for the person you care about the most?
A: Well, that’s kind of a morbid question, but I’ll bite. I would be most concerned about who is taking care of Zoey. I would leave her to Jason, obviously, but I would have to also leave behind a list of where her heartworm meds are located and which themed collars she owns for various holidays.
Q: What do you consider to the most valuable thing you own: when you were a child/teenager/now?
A: When I was a child, it was probably my boom box. In case you didn’t grow up in the 80’s, that is a giant radio/cassette / CD player. (Interesting side note: my friend Joanna still has one in her classroom and I constantly make fun of her for it.) As a teenager, I inherited my dad’s Toyota Carolla. It was a sweet ride. Now, I’d have to say my engagement ring. It rocks. Pun intended.
Q: How often do you clean between your toes?
A: Never. I get pedicures, so someone else cleans between my toes about every two weeks.
Q: If you were to perform in the circus, what would you do?
A: I would do something with the elephants because they are so incredibly cool. Ever seen/read Water For Elephants? That.
Q: You were just given a yacht. What would you name it?
A: Whatever the hell the person who gave it to me wants me to name it.
Q: If you were to get a tattoo, what would it say or what would the graphic be?
A: I don’t have any tattoos, but if I were going to get one, it would be a whale. Because, whales.
Q:What was the weirdest food you’ve ever eaten?
A: Once, while attempting to speak French in France, I accidentally ordered an intestines sandwich. For myself and everyone else at the table. I ate it, because, when in France … well, you eat intestines, apparently. Their words for pork products are very confusing, and I thought it was ham and cheese. Luckily, I also accidentally ordered an entire carafe of wine for myself, so that helped. The words for 5 and 50 are also very similar.
Q: If you had one extra hour of free time a day, how would you use it?
A: Sleeping in.
Want to play along? All of the above questions and many more are from this random ice-breaker page I found on the internet! Enjoy!
